I have been asked if the back issues of the newsletters are available.

Yes, the past issues of the newsletters are available. I use them as a resource of information including the court sitations. They contain a trial transcript and pleadings, plus a lot of other valuable information. They even cover some flawed arguments that I did not put in The Biggest "Tax Loophole" of All.

By studying the trial transcript and my editorial comments, one can gain the experience of being a defendant in a criminal trial while sitting in his favorite chair with his favorite drink. This helps a person get aquainted with such a trial, and helps him plan his own defense in the event he finds himself in the same position. I learned a lot from reporting on this case. This is especially true since the defendant was an attorney with 30 years experience as a prosecuter, criminal defense attorney and, for a year or two, even a judge. After it was all said and done, he provided me with all of these documents at his own expense, and asked me to report on it and to call the shots as I saw them.

He called me from his place of incarceration. He told me that the defense strategy he used was terrible. He had time to think about what had taken place. He had used the stupid OMB/PRA argument that I write about in the articles on my web site. He had been talked into using this argument by "patriot" attorneys and other so-called gurus. This was the latter part of 1991.

The long and the short of it is that this attorney told me to keep doing what I was doing because my defense strategy is not only the simplest one to use, it is the only one to use.
